Miracle Car Wash

Got the silver wash. They have an attendant scrub your car with soap first, which is nice, but they only do the front and back and not the top. When I came out of the wash I still had dirt on my roof and spots on my car. The vacuum suction is not very good and would barely grab loose debris, and the "miracle rags" wouldn't even get a mid spot off my car that I couldve gotten off with water on a paper towel. It was super frustrating and I felt like I paid $18 when I could've done better with household cleaners and a cloth. I did like they had an air sprayer to get the nooks and crannies. That's about it. Next time I'm going to find a classic spray yourself car wash. It'll be cheaper and actually get my car clean.

Hands down best car wash. They are always smiling, walking out to help with the payment machine and even let me use the vacuums once while the car wash was undergoing maintenance. Plus, they'll let my big van go through and no other car wash will! And you can't beat the encouraging Bible verses on all the signage.

I purchased a membership online a month ago, but I still don’t understand how to use the car wash. I have come to the staff several times asking for electronic access, but they didn’t seem to understand what was required. Each time I arrive, I can’t get into the wash even though I keep paying for it. This is a problem. However, I do like the car wash itself. If the issue is not resolved, I may have to switch to another chain. P.s. After a month, my issue was finally resolved. I really like this car wash — it’s high quality and very convenient.

Jimmy is AMAZING!! I have had multiple issues ever since I received a new membership here a few months ago. I did do the troubleshooting methods given to me by other members who all been pleasant by the way... I appreciate Jimmy's lil extra customer service this evening! This man deserves a raise.... Real talk! 😊

I used the wash off Middlebrook, and as I pulled in to enter my payment, I was nicely surprised that the screen allowed you to select the height based on what vehicle you are in. The car wash tunnel was easy to line up your tires, and the attendant was smiling as he lined you up. This location provides you treated towels and is part of your car wash purchase. They did great and did not streak the glass. Once done, they have return buckets at each vacuum spot so you can quickly get back to your day. The vacuums were good and the lot was very clean. I have a wash membership at another car wash, and I am considering swapping to Miracle.
